What to do in a Claim Situation
Please contact your DMA Account Manager on 1300 856 657 (Central Coast) or 1300 655 037 (Norwest) as soon as you become aware that a claim or possible claim needs to be notified.
You must take all practical steps to prevent any further loss from taking place.
Your DMA Account Manager and Claims team are trained to assist you in lodging your claim and will provide you with all necessary help and guidance.
What You Shouldn't do in a Claim Situation
Please do not authorise any repairs or the replacement of any items or property without the knowledge of DMA Insurance Brokers, other than taking the necessary practical steps to minimise further damage.
In the event that a claim is being made against you by another party, do not admit responsibility for any claim, make any commitments to pay or offer payment for a claim.
