Our Financial Services Guide (FSG) is an important document that we are required to provide to you as an Australian Financial Services Licensee. The Financial Services Guide is intended to help you decide whether to use any of our services.  This FSG will inform you of certain basic matters relating to our relationship, prior to providing you with a financial service. The following information is contained in this FSG:

• who we are and how you can contact us
• the services we offer you
• how we and our associates are paid
• any potential conflict of interest we may have
• our internal and external dispute resolution procedures and how you can access them
